2. Order Cancellation by Users

  • Users may cancel an order before it is processed by the vendor.
  • Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

3. Order Cancellation by Vendors

  • Vendors may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or operational issues.
  • Users will be notified immediately in case of vendor-initiated cancellations.
  • Refunds for vendor cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Order Cancellation by LioraMart

  • LioraMart reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of fraudulent transactions or policy violations.
  • Users will be informed of such cancellations via email or platform notifications.
  • Refunds for LioraMart-initiated cancellations will be processed promptly.

5. Non-Cancelable Orders

  • Orders containing perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, frozen goods) cannot be canceled after confirmation.
  • Orders placed during promotional events or with special discounts may not be eligible for cancellation.

6. Cancellation Fees

  • Orders canceled after processing may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
