3. Refund Request Process

Provide order details, including the order number, item description, and reason for refund request.
Attach clear photos of damaged or incorrect items for verification.

4. Refund Approval & Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If the refund is denied, customers will be notified with a reason for rejection.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:
- Perishable items (such as fresh produce, dairy, and frozen goods) unless damaged or incorrect.
- Orders canceled after processing by the vendor.
